What a great experience my wife and I had renting an Indian Pursuit. We and my son and his wife went on a ride to Oark, AR, once in Oark my son dropped the Pursuit in the gravel parking area at the General Store. Long story short, assessed the situation and called the dealer to let them know what happened, and what needed replaced for the next afternoons rental. Beth and Kevin were so kind and easy to deal with over the mishap and damage. Fortunately, no one was hurt except some pride. The next morning, I rode the Pursuit to the dealership, and Beth came right out and then got Kevin, and we assessed the damages. Again Beth and Kevin were great to deal with. What a great bunch of people at Heritage Indian of Rogers, AR.

We rented an Indian Pursuit for two days just BB&BBQ started 2022. The rental was so me and my wife could ride with my son an his wife on a Tuesday. It was a surprise for my son as he doesnt have a touring motorcycle. The process for obtaining the rental was seamless and the staff very kind and answered all questions. So we were off and on our way, I rode the Pursuit out of town and my son on our Goldwing. Once out of the metropolitan area and in the country, my son switched motorcycles. Yes, my son was an authorized rider on the rental agreement. We headed to the small out of the way town of Oark, AR to eat lunch. As we were pulling into the gravel parking area he lost his footing while in the gravel and laid the Pursuit over. We righted the Pursuit and assessed the damages. The right saddlebag had broke and wouldnt last, but a few miles as it was barely hanging on. With no cell service, I whipped out my tool bag I carry on the Goldwing and removed the saddle bag and strapped it onto Goldwings rear top rack. We headed south to Ozark where we had good celll service and called the dealership. I informed

Took my CDH in for its 500 mile service. Called and scheduled the appointment the day before. The shop is clean, they were professional. Had it where you can watch then service it! It sure was not just an oil change! I would definitely take the bike back!

Great people from the front showroom to the back shop. Have exceeded all my expectations from my first recon visit, to my recent first service. They have my business in the future, and anyone I know looking for a new ride will know where to look first.

I bought my bike at this dealership two years ago. I had some warranty work done this past weekend. I live in Texarkana which is about 4.5 hours away. I tried to deal other dealerships closer to me but they didnt want to deal with it. I called Johnny in service and we made an appointment to get it taken care of. Not only did he take care of my scheduled work but found another issue and is getting it covered too. A lot of dealers wouldnt do that. Of course while I was there waiting on my bike I ended up buy other things lol. I love my home dealership I just wish they were closer.

Emailed Joe a couple of weeks ago and told him exactly what I was looking for if one happened to come in. As soon as a bike meeting my requirements came in, Joe contacted me and then stayed in constant contact for the next two days while we worked out the details. George gave me a more than fair offer for my trade-in and and I walked out this weekend with my dream bike. Great experience from start to finish. Great organization with great people!

Out of I think two phone calls with Joe in sales, is was able to purchase a 2016 Chieftain. I had a couple of concerns about buying unseen, this is my first Indian, Joe assured me from talking bikes that he felt I'd be happy with this Chieftain. That the seat and handlebars would meet my expectations. HE WAS SPOT ON. A perfect fit. Samantha (Sam) LongLastName (lol) in finance capped the whole experience. I have nothing but they highest praise for this entire dealership. The girls in apparel, everyone, TOPSHELF. Thank You gang, thank you. I look forward to our next meeting for gear and upgrades. Peace out my friends. Jake

While on a road trip to the area from East Tennessee my rear brake pads wore out. I called and they said they had a full shop but would work me in. I pulled in about 45 minutes later and they had me back on the road within a hour. I was well pleased with the cost of the job too. Highly recommend!

I live closer to another Indian dealer, but I happily drive four times the distance to Heritage Indian. The customer service is what I expect from Indian Motorcycles -- top notch! They are helpful, cooperative, and clearly are willing to go the extra mile

We were traveling thru the area when the Indian we were riding with got a nail in tear tire. we stopped at Heritage. Everyone was great. So helpful. They could fix tire in couple hours and loaned us a new Challenger. Amazing Bike! We were able to continue riding around till the tire was fixed. What a great staff. Amazing custom service ! Can not thank you enough!

Heritage Indian is a AWESOME place. They're always friendly, and informative. Everytime I'm there they are just so freaking nice to me and my friends. Johnny in service is the best, he always takes the best care of me ,and more importantly, my bike. Thank you all for all you guys do, it is much appreciated. I will always do my business there for life.

I am not fortunate enough to own an Indian Motorcycle (yet) but this dealership is friends to ALL motorcyclists. Recently I experienced a flat tire in a precarious spot and called Heritage Indian Motorcycle for help. They came quickly in their towing van and hauled my bike back to the dealership. I was given a very competitive price on a new tire and was well on my way sooner than expected. I am impressed with their high service standards and would recommend them, regardless of what brand of motorcycle you own.

This is the finest dealership I have ever been involved with. I had my first exposure in 2015 when I purchased a trike. I just purchased another trike from these folks. I live in Montana and it was worth the trip to make this purchase. The entire organization worked to make this happen. Justin, met me in Iowa to deliver the new bike and take possession of my trade in. The salesman, Joe, put this together in a matter of hours and final paper work was completed by Sharrell without a flaw. This transaction could not have gone any smoother...which included adding some custom parts to the bike. I have dealt with their service department previously and it is as flawless as can be. All work was done timely and professionally. This shop is as good as it gets. Save yourself a lot of trouble and purchase your next ride from these folks and let them do your service. You will be glad you did.

Everytime I have gone to a Dealership about a bike, it seemed that the staff was more concerned about the sale rather than the person. Heritage Indian of NWA was the absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had. They treated us like family and continue to do so. No matter whether we have an appointment or drop in we are always welcomed like family. They helped my wife and I get into the motorcycles we wanted at the absolute best price. The service staff will always answer your questions and help when they can. The appearal crew is awesome. They make sure to get what ever we need in our sizes in a timely manner. Love our Dealership and the staff.

I don't typically write testimonials or reviews but I want to express my appreciation to these folks. In September I rode my new Indian Springfield from Colorado to the 2019 Bikes Blues and BBQ motorcycle rally in Arkansas. While attending the rally my check engine light came on the evening prior to the morning I needed to leave for home. I stopped by Heritage Indian Motorcycle in Rogers AR to see if they could read the codes for me to determine how serious my problem was. They were crazy busy due to the rally but they were very accommodating and understanding and got me into their shop after a very short wait, took care of me, and wouldn't accept payment for their help. Thanks again. While there I looked around their store and everyone was very friendly and helpful and their set up and variety of bikes and merchandise is outstanding. If you live in NW Arkansas or are passing through I highly recommend this dealership.

Had lunch set up for us from IOA Indian rally, at Indian Point. First impression are everything! Wow great set up! Had lot of shirts, great show room! But the best was the service department! Johnny was great and very knowledgeable ,and had parts on hand !!!! Found my recalls, and fixed them. Im from st.louis and have 3 dealer around me, they could learn a lot how to run a top notch dealership from the ownership from heritage. Will drive down to let this guys to work on my bike !!! Thanks

3 Years In
In the latter part of 2016 I spent the most money I have ever spent on a Motorcycle. I always wanted a classic American motorcycle and finally pulled the trigger. This was not done in haste or without much back and forth in to what I wanted or why I was doing this, and is this going to be a really big mistake.
I really liked the classic design of Indian but the brand was just starting again and only two years into their production. Questions of: Are they building a good motorcycle. Will they stand behind their product. Are the dealerships going to be a fly by night, or truly committed to their sales, service and promotion of an Iconic name in motorcycle history.
At this point all I can personally attest to is this; I have not been disappointed.
The quality is there, though to be fair there is always room for improvement. Indian corporate has stood behind their machines, again in my personal experience. And last, but not certainly the least the dealership I purchased and service my Indian with has been exemplary from the initial sale to their continued commitment to provide quality sales and service after the purchase. Heritage Indian, in my opinion, sets the bar to which all Indian dealerships should strive.william friel, Mountain home, ARKANSAS -
Just have to say a big thanks to Justin Vandevort the GM at Heritage Indian! Stopped by on Monday and they were closed, he heard us rattle the door invited us in and offered us a refreshment!! We were here from IA and I asked if they could do s little warranty work on my 2017 roadmaster, he said bring it by the next morning! I get there at 8.15 Tuesday morning, low and behold the service department was as nice and responsive as the GM was! Thanks you guys are top notch! Thanks Tony

The fixing crew (Johnny, Cody, Myles and Bob) are the best. I had some unexplainable weird flashing lights and an engine that at times wouldnt shut down IF I was lucky enough to get it started. With the change of a battery, a speed sensor and a gear switch my seemingly possessed Chief is fixed and running great. I swear those guys can fix anything from the crack of dawn to a broken heart. Thanks fellas!!!

Special Shout our to Bob and his Tech in Service. I was on ride to Eureka Springs . I had just had 2 tires and 10k service before leaving KC. My bike wasnt riding good. I stopped in and You guys were awesome. Got me right in and found and fixed my issue in less that 20 mins.. Best Guys you ever want to meet. Great Service... Thanks for fixing this Clown up. I wont forget it..

From Illinois,on vacation in Arkansas, needed a tire replaced. Heritage not only had a tire in stock but Johnny Jones got me in right away to have it installed, they even took care of a back rest recall while I was there. Saved my vacation.Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

When my wife and I decided that this was the time to purchase an American classic motorcycle, I spent hours researching the best fit for our present and future needs/wants. After deciding on the Springfield, I contacted Heritage Indian of NW Arkansas and from that first contact by phone and throughout the actual purchase, each person on the staff went out of their way to be accommodating, informational, and genuinely happy for us. I would like to give a special shout out to Jacque and Justin, who went above and beyond and made a nerve inducing purchase so much easier.
I highly recommend Heritage Indian of NW Arkansas as the dealership to visit if you are thinking of purchasing your American dream!William Friel, Mountain Home, AR -
let me set the stage,
mid afternoon on Friday no less, a colorful small group of riders pull into the service area. 1 xxxtra large 300 lb. 65ish guy on a 2005 Goldwing Trike
1 xxtra large 250 lb. guy on a 2016 Road Glide ultra
1 regular 195 lb. dude on a 2014 street glide special
finally 1 50 year old chick on a 2016 Dark horse Chieftain.
now what brought us here was the fact that the cruise control on the DHorse would kick off after about 4 seconds. and the front tire pressure would drop 41 lb-39lb-36lb----
show flat tire...slightly unnerving...
anyway your service department absolutely ROCKS, sorry I cant remember the names but the salt and pepper good looking guy was full of knowledge! with a since of humor I honestly felt like we knew him forever, and a young kid that actually did all the work!
I hope Heritage appreciates the staff!
Sincerely

I recently bought an Indian Dark Horse and the dealership experience was exceptional. The sales staff was knowledgeable and low (actually no) pressure. Jacque helped me weigh my options and find the bike that was right for me. She had a ton of expertise and was a joy with which to deal. Financing was painless. All in all, I would recommend this dealership without reservation.

This isn't the first motorcycle I've bought from this dealership. They were fantastic to work with the first time and even better the 2nd. Everybody is always friendly and they always go above and beyond what you would expect. Justin gave me a great deal on my trade in and my new Springfield I picked up looked fantastic and was ready to go when I got there. Jonathan was greatly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They always make the purchase a pleasant experience. I hope to have this one a long time but if not I will only come to this dealership for the next one. And of course Jacque is a blast to deal with and makes the finance experience an enjoyable one.
Great job guys and I look forward to seeing you soon.JackJackie Swain, MOUNT VERNON, MO -
I have had just the best experience with Heritage!! I was just riding by and came into just look at a new Victory and Justin and his crew were so helpful and kind. I felt like I was known around the shop already and the experiences I had I have shared with everyone I know. I will always have the best things to say and I will visit Heritage as often as I can. Thank you to all at Heritage Indian. By the way I did get a new Havasu Red Victory Cross Country Tour! By far the best bike I have owned!! I am looking forward to getting my next one from Justin and his crew!!

Last year I spent about an hour or so looking at bikes and talking to the sales-man from Heritage. This year (2015) I finally took a demo ride on Wednesday of the Rally, great ride very impressed. I've ridden a 06 Harley for over 8 years and had been looking at trading for a SreetGlide but after riding the Chieftain there was no comparison in my opinion.
They were very busy with the rally but still made sure we were well taken care of. Did have some minor glitches, but they were right on top of them and took care of them like a dealership that cares about their customers, unlike some H-dealers. They're 429 miles away but it's not really a big deal, got to go back and ride the Ozarks anyway. Anything I need is just a phone call away and I'll plan major service work around a trip to Rogers. Jacque and Bob were a great help with everything, Justin on the other hand is one heck of a salesman he can really sell bikes, but watch it when he uses a calculator (just giving him a line of BS) he was great as well. Put almost 400 miles on the Chieftain the next day and a half and that was riding all the twisties, was not disappointed. Fair trade and good deal.
Thanks

We had a customer that broke down in Fayetteville and they went out of their way to help him. They went above and beyond for a fellow Victory rider. If they were that helpful to someone who is not even in their area, I can only imagine how great they are to their own customers!!

I would like to reach out to Johnny Jones the service manager and his team in going above
and beyond the call of duty.
I was traveling with a group from Canada and had a issue with my 2014 Victory Cross
Country Tour as Johnny was quick in getting my bike into the shop and when they found they did not have the part Johnny made the call to take the part off a new bike in the show room and getting me back on the road in a very short period of time.
I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone in that area in need of service or parts and the great service team at this dealership best regards

I stopped by this weekend just to look at the floor models and used bikes and walked out with a 2011 Harley Road Glide. The service here is awesome. They walk you through everything like you're talking to a friend. Never once did i feel pressured. On my first ride i had a little oil over flow and instead of me riding it back they said they would come pick it up, drain the extra oil and give the bike another thorough inspection and bring it back to me. That's the kind of service you can expect from these guys. Good folks all around at this place, highly recommend these guys. Thanks to Johnny, Jacque, and Justin for helping me get the bike i really wanted.

Not only is the bike beautiful and a dream ride my experience with the dealership has been outstanding. To a person the staff is friendly, helpful and accessible. After a few days few days you feel as if they have become part of your extended family. I know that Indian riders enjoy popping in to see whats new on the accessory shelves and chatting with the Heritage Indian crew. This dealership has been very active in helping to get a riders group off the ground and running. The riders group will be a great benefit of being part of the Indian family. From my viewpoint this a 5 star dealership. Of course this couldnt happen if it didnt have a 5 star staff.

after Jacque, the thing that impressed me most was the vet discount. the thought was worth more than the money although that was nice also.

Overall I would highly recommend this dealership.Bob Deavours, Siloam Springs, AR -
Stopped in just to see the new Roadmaster and ended up buying it 2 days later on my way home to Illinois. The staff was very informative, courteous and very helpful. I couldn't of had a more pleasant purchasing experience. Within one week from my purchase, I have logged 1,000 miles and I am extremely pleased with my choice to purchase my Indian. Thanks for everything Heritage!!!!!
